    Event description

Australia has been grappling with a workforce shortage across various sectors, with key industries affected being healthcare, construction, hospitality, and agriculture.

It is well-documented that diversity brings multiple benefits at a number of different levels for an organisation. Logan City is home to people from at least 174 nationalities bringing an opportunity for businesses to benefits of a culturally diverse workforce including filling skill and knowledge gaps and building connections and trust with local communities.
