Look, I'm on Screen! - Years 5-6

What’s your favourite movie or TV show? Ever wondered what goes into making it? Have you thought about how acting changes from stage to screen? This is the course for you! Spend a week with an ATYP professional teaching artist, learning how to scout locations, writing original scripts, making shot-lists, directing and performing in your own scenes. Learn how to make your audience feel for a character and create action and suspense through the use of camera techniques. At the end of the week, students will get a copy of their hard work. 

ATYP school holiday workshops encourage and engage young people from Kindergarten to Year 12. Participants will make new friends, learn about performing, gain confidence and most importantly have a ton of fun in a safe and inspiring environment.
