Meet our workshop host:
Moumita Das Roy is a marketer, sustainability storyteller, and LinkedIn Top Voice working at the intersection of communications, purpose, and the built environment. Currently Commercial Communications Manager at Dulux New Zealand, she helps translate complex sustainability and product narratives into clear, human stories for architects, designers, builders, and industry professionals.

Her career spans global agencies like Ogilvy and BBDO, The Walt Disney Company, and purpose-led organisations in Aotearoa. As a migrant woman of colour, she is passionate about helping women build confidence, visibility, and influence, especially in industries where representation has historically been limited.

Moumita is known for her warm, practical approach to personal branding and her ability to help people articulate their professional voice with clarity and authenticity.
