World-class tertiary institutions are defined, not only by academic facilities, but increasingly by the quality of campus life. Located at the heart of the student precinct, the mission of this project is to offer students the opportunity to create lifelong social, physical, and mental wellbeing.

Hiwa is the University of Auckland’s new state-of-the-art home for Sport and Recreation, and a social hub for the University community. At over 20,000 m², the centre facilities include aquatics, cardio, weights, dance and wellbeing studios, two sports halls and a roof top running track, along with social and chill-out areas.
