9am Root Chakra - clear old programs around lack of safety, activate root, note of C, element of earth and physical body, masculine, foundations, systems and security.
945am Sacral Chakra - awaken feminine, water element, feeling and emotional body, note of D, clear linear timeline, awaken quantum and cycles of the feminine, sensual and creative.

11am Solar Plexus - reclaim power within rather in a healthy integrated way, ignite fire element your passion an purpose and learn to channel your voice in a meaningful and impactful way that does not hurt others incorporating note E.

12.15pm Cacao Ceremony and Opening the heart chakra - Quantum Leap Meditation accessing the Quantum Realm and activating your highest timeline in this body and this life.
