Enrique Collazo is leading this donation based movement & mindfulness offering.
The program incorporates music, movement, dance, healing, joy, connection, deep breaths and rest.
Our meeting place will be at the Presidio Sports Basement on Saturday, August 31st
at 10:30 AM PST, with precise details provided upon registration. You’re welcome to park at Tunnel Tops, which is a 3 minute walk away from SB.
The program will begin indoors and then move outside to the Crissy Field area, where we will end at 12:30 PM PST.
Participants should bring a water bottle, in addition to weather-appropriate clothing for a few hours outside by the bay.
Donations & Registration
There is no cost to register for this retreat!
Enrique and Off-Grid Retreats are offering their teachings and services under a dana model so there will be an opportunity to donate towards each of them at the end of the retreat.

Enrique Collazo is a mindfulness and Social and Emotional Learning teacher (for teens & young adults) at Challenge Day, Inward Bound Mindfulness Education and Spirit Rock.
