August Breakthrough Breathwork Evening

Breakthrough Breathwork is a transformative practise that guides you into altered states of consciousness where profound healing, growth and emotional release can take place. 

Together we will explore the power of the breath, the power of community and the power of our own bodies to heal, release and regulate.

The evening will include a warm cup of cacao, a transformative breathwork flow, & a beautiful guided meditation.

Breakthrough Breathwork is completely safe and beneficial for most people, but if you fall under the following categories you cannot take part in Breakthrough Breathwork/ this event.
