Event description

Join our monthly virtual community yoga session with others from around the world, where we move, breathe, and rejuvenate together. Community Yoga is where we bring mind and body together with movement & breathing. Free and friendly, all are welcome. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a block or a pulsar.

Jennifer Bullock, a 600-hour certified yoga instructor and volunteer facilitator with the Global Play Brigade, will instruct you through a beginner's hatha yoga sequence, all levels invited.
