August Dinner with Amanda and Michelle

Join Amanda (Community Chair) and Michelle (Cultural Chair) for the August Dinner in LIC!

We will be dining at a restaurant in LIC. This is the perfect chance for you to come make new friends while enjoying some good food! 

Registering for the Event: Because of heavy demand for our dinner events, we have a lottery process for sign-ups.

Sign-ups will close Wednesday, August 19th at 11:59 pm ET, after which attendees will be randomly selected. Replying to our confirmation email, should you receive it, is required to attend.

Note: While registration for the event is free, individuals are responsible for covering their own meal. TAP facilitates these dinners to help members get to know each other in an intimate setting.

Starting May 2026, all TAP-NY event attendees must fill out the Member Intake Form. Only sign-ups with a completed member intake form will be considered for the event.

About Amanda and Michelle

Amanda was born and raised in Princeton, New Jersey and attended Cornell University's School of Hotel Administration. She has been in NYC since graduation and currently works in tech doing customer success. She likes to explore new restaurants and bars, play slow mahjong, and attempt pottery in her free time!

​Michelle was born and raised in San Diego, California, She studied biology at Washington University in St. Louis and clinical research at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. She works in clinical trials. In her free time, Michelle enjoys going on runs, exploring new food spots, and staying connected to Taiwanese pop culture.
