Event description
Why I’m hosting this workshop…
Most women care about their well-being and will go to great lengths to take care of their bodies and eat well.
They want to like photos of themselves, feel great in clothes, and be confident. They want to take care of themselves in sustainable and enjoyable ways. Of course they do!
The problem is:
Women are told to get fit, be well, look good, manage stress, and if we don’t, we've failed! It's easy to feel broken.
Nope. Nada. No. It’s not true—you are not broken or a failure!
In the Power-UP I’ll show you why women are so likely to be frustrated with their bodies and why well-being is so hard to practice sustainably - believe me, it’s not why you think.
Without knowing why your relationship with your body and food is the way it is, taking care of yourself in the way you want to is like trying to find a route to your destination without knowing your starting point.
Putting yourself on the map can set in motion changes that will impact all areas of your life!
The lunchtime Power-UP is for you if....
- You are ready for a kinder internal narrative about your body
- You want to be able to see yourself in a photo or mirror and your day being great anyway - and same with trying on clothes
- You want to feel inspired and at ease where your well-being is concerned
Here's how it works...
The Lunchtime Power-UP is a 45-minute Lunchtime workshop that outlines the basics of how our relationship with our bodies is created AND why it is the way it is.
This was a such a huge Ah Ha for me. Once I knew why, then I could create something very different. I want all women to know how to do this.
You'll also go through a body image assessment so you can see where you are starting from. Knowing this gives you power.
What you can expect from taking the Power-UP…
- Shift in perspective: You’ll see the whole body/food iceberg and be able to make far sustainable choices for yourself
- Become kinder to yourself: When you see the real ‘food/body’ game we are all playing, you’ll be kinder on yourself without having to ‘try’
- Increased confidence: Get a true picture of where confidence comes from and be able to create it for yourself
- A way forward: Understand the steps to take to heal your relationship with body and food (they aren’t as hard or scary as you think)
- Let go of trying to love or accept your body: instead, feel an alignment with it that you didn’t know was missing
How does it work?
When you register for the event, you’ll be sent a Google Meet link.
The meeting is 45 minutes. If you can't make it, you'll be sent a recording.

The first part of the workshop is a short, powerful presentation. The next two-thirds are practical - you get to look at your life and where your body image is at, and what the next steps are for you.
You can keep your camera off or on. You can ask questions in the chat if we have time, or email me after if we don’t.
