Welcome - Southern Highlands Wellness Gatherings — a living, growing circle of heart-centered practitioners, businesses, and services dedicated to wellbeing.

This community was born from a simple belief:
Wellness flourishes best when we walk together.

Gather. Share. Flourish.

Hosted by the Natural Therapies Expo and supported by Samadhi Centre Contemplative Practices, the SH Wellness Gatherings are here to nurture genuine connections, collaborative support, and mutual inspiration — not just once a year, but throughout the seasons.We are a gathering of:

• natural therapies practitioners,
• wellness businesses,
• holistic healers, and
• kindred spirits who believe that by sharing our knowledge, kindness, and strengths, we all grow stronger together.

Join Us for Our Monthly Meetups

We meet, once a month during school hours at the peaceful Samadhi Centre in Braemar.

Our gatherings are picnic-style meetups, with tea, coffee, and light snacks provided.

There’s no cost to attend — though, a donation is appreciated, but not required, with all proceeds going to the Lotus Hearts Buddhist Institute.

Weather permitting, we gather outside under open skies; if needed, we move indoors to a calm and welcoming space.

Discussion Theme: "Planting Seeds — Growing Ideas and Possibilities Together "

After reconnecting with our deeper purpose, this gathering invites us to plant the next seeds — small steps, fresh ideas, or simple collaborations that can support our work and each other.
We'll explore:

• What small new ideas or dreams are growing in your heart?
• What practical next step could nurture your wellness journey?
• How can we share skills, opportunities, or encouragement within the community?

No business pitches, no pressure — just gently watering the possibilities we each carry, and seeing how we might grow together.

Every meeting is a fresh opportunity to connect — newcomers are always welcome.
