You’re invited to the Editor’s Preview of the Austin Home Fall Issue! 

Join us for drinks and light bites, a fireside chat featuring the bright minds in this issue, and a chance to chat with the Editor-in-Chief of Austin Home. 

Guests will also get a first look of the Fall Issue before it hits stands. This special volume features our annual coverage of the AIA Austin Homes Tour, an interview with its fearless leader Ingrid Spencer, and much more. 

We will be hosting in the jaw-dropping 1804 Margaret Street in Zilker, developed by Craig Parker of Homes by Parker, with Architecture by Sinclair Black and Stephi Motal of Black+Motal and interiors by Housemill Design. Guests will get a behind-the-scenes take from Black on his vision for the space. This property is currently listed by Zilker Properties. 


Street parking is free although limited - please consider carpooling, utilize a rideshare, or use the public parking at Alamo which is a 7-minute walk from the house.

Enjoy drinks, light bites, and good tunes while you explore 1804 Margaret Street, a three building listing featuring new construction and historic preservation.
