Hello Gatherers!

Time to start getting excited and also its time to pay the balance of your registration fee to confirm your place. Balances are due as soon as possible and by 28 February at the latest. 

If you are no longer able to attend please let us know ASAP as there is a waitlist. Refunds of your deposit are only available until 28 February so please act soon!

Registration types

Just a reminder of the registration types (if in any doubt you can check the category you registered for through the deposit email you received from Humanitix or email michael.pooley@iinet.net.au):

Full registration: Payable by those in substantially full time employment or otherwise able to afford the full fee.

• Onsite: Full fee is $580 and you have paid a deposit of $100 so your balance is $480.
• Offsite: Full fee is $480 and you have paid a deposit of $100 so your balance is $380.

Concession registration: For those on low incomes, students and recipients of Government benefits. 

• Onsite: Concession fee is $460 and you have paid a deposit of $50 so your balance is $410

Remote location onsite registration: For those travelling from Darwin, Perth, Alice Springs and New Zealand, there is a 20% discount on the registration fee in recognition of the travel costs involved.

• Full fee is $464 and you have paid a deposit of $100 so your balance is $364
• Concession fee is $370 and you have paid a deposit of $50 so your balance is $320
