Sun, 13 Apr, 1pm - 4pm AEST

Event description

In this important conversation, Aunty Mary Graham, Leanne Levinge, and Melinda Shine will guide us in considering how the world's oldest living society maintained stable social governance for thousands of generations, continually regenerating the ecosystems in which they prospered.

We delve deeply into the Aboriginal Worldview to better understand the wide gulf we have to navigate to learn our obligations as stewards, in an ecological collaboration. We'll be working from Aunty Mary's early work, the Custodial Navigator. You'll find a copy at https://colourise.com.au/wp-co...

The Conversations are thoughtful, patient and engaging. As Aunty Mary would say, they reflect autonomous regard.

We'd be pleased if you join us.

The Conversation starts at 1:00 and you're welcome to come around 12.30 for a cuppa and introductions. We finish at 4:00,

We break for afternoon tea so you can meet and catch up with an interesting group of like-minded people, and we share a "potluck" of treats (you're welcome to bring some along.)

We meet at The Bris West Centre, 132 Latrobe Terrace, Paddington. There is plenty of on-street parking nearby.

We hope to see you there!
