Sun, 13 Jul, 1pm - 4pm AEST

Event description

You are invited to join us on Sunday, 13 July, as Aunty Mary Graham, Leanne Levinge, and Melinda Shine lead us in delving deeply into the Aboriginal Worldview, so we can better understand the wide gulf we have to navigate to learn our obligations as stewards, in an ecological collaboration.

We'll be working from Aunty Mary's foundational work, ”Some Thoughts about the Philosophical Underpinnings of Aboriginal World Views”.

You'll find a copy at: https://australianhumanitiesreview.org/2008/11/01/some-thoughts-about-the-philosophical-underpinnings-of-aboriginal-worldviews/

The Conversations are thoughtful, patient and engaging. We start at 1:00 and you're welcome to come around 12.30 for a cuppa and introductions. We finish at 4:00,

There is a break for afternoon tea so you can meet and catch up with an interesting group of like-minded people, and we share a "potluck" of treats (you're welcome to bring some to share).
