• 1. Is this a paid job or employment position?

  No. This is a coaching, training, and professional development program, not a salaried employment position. Participants are not employees and do not receive wages. Instead, participants invest in structured coaching, mentoring, and real-world practice exposure to build skills, confidence, and job-readiness in the Australian context.

• 2. Why is this program paid?

  This program replaces what most graduates struggle to get: Real practice exposure, One-to-one mentoring, Professional guidance, Local experience pathways, Career strategy & confidence Universities teach theory and design — they do not prepare graduates for real practice. Rather than unpaid internships or endless job rejections, this program offers clear structure, accountability, and real skill transfer, which requires senior professional input, time, and resources.

• 3. Will this program guarantee me a job?

  No program can legally or ethically guarantee employment. However, this program is designed to dramatically improve your employability, confidence, and readiness for architectural roles in Australia.

• 6. Do I need Revit or CAD experience?

  Revit or CAD experience i not mandatory. The program includes: ✔ Project-based Revit workflows ✔ Building documentation processes ✔ Guidance at your current skill level Motivation and willingness to learn are more important than existing software skills.

• 7. How long is the program?

  The program runs for 3 to 12 months, depending on: ✔ Your availability ✔ Learning pace ✔ Skill progression ✔ Career goals This flexibility allows participants to balance study, work, or personal commitments.

• 8. How many hours per week are expected?

  ⏱ Approx. 3 days per week equivalent commitment (including learning, tasks, mentoring sessions, and project work) Exact expectations will be discussed during onboarding.

• 9. Is this an internship?

  It is an internship-style coaching and training program, but not an employment internship. You receive: ✔ Mentorship ✔ Structured learning ✔ Practice-based exposure. It is a must expereince to secure your employment with the industry experience.

• 10. Will I work on real projects?

  You will be exposed to real-world architectural processes, workflows, and project scenarios, which may include past project training: ✔ Town Planning / DA coordination ✔ Documentation exercises ✔ Consultant coordination simulations ✔ Practice-based project learning All learning is educational and supervised.

• 11. Will I receive a certificate?

  Yes. Participants who complete the program will receive a Certificate of Completion, confirming: ✔ Program participation ✔ Skills covered ✔ Duration of training This can be included in your CV and LinkedIn profile.

• 12. Can this help with AACA / ARBV/ registration pathways?
