We’re excited to launch Australia’s first dedicated Graduate Architect Internship Coaching Program: a structured, full-fee paid training program designed to help bridge the gap between university (or overseas qualifications) and real-world architectural practice in Australia.
Please note: This is a coaching and professional development program, not a salaried job. Participants invest in structured training, mentorship, and hands-on project exposure to accelerate their career growth.
The ticket fee is to ensure commitment to attending the discovery session.

No. This is a coaching, training, and professional development program, not a salaried employment position. Participants are not employees and do not receive wages. - 6. Do I need Revit or CAD experience?
Revit or CAD experience i not mandatory. The program includes: ✔ Project-based Revit workflows ✔ Building documentation processes ✔ Guidance at your current skill level Motivation and willingness to learn are more important than existing software skills.
- 7. How long is the program?
The program runs for 3 to 12 months, depending on: ✔ Your availability ✔ Learning pace ✔ Skill progression ✔ Career goals This flexibility allows participants to balance study, work, or personal commitments.
- 8. How many hours per week are expected?
⏱ Approx. 3 days per week equivalent commitment (including learning, tasks, mentoring sessions, and project work) Exact expectations will be discussed during onboarding.
- 9. Is this an internship?
It is an internship-style coaching and training program, but not an employment internship. You receive: ✔ Mentorship ✔ Structured learning ✔ Practice-based exposure. It is a must expereince to secure your employment with the industry experience.
- 10. Will I work on real projects?
You will be exposed to real-world architectural processes, workflows, and project scenarios, which may include past project training: ✔ Town Planning / DA coordination ✔ Documentation exercises ✔ Consultant coordination simulations ✔ Practice-based project learning All learning is educational and supervised.
- 11. Will I receive a certificate?
Yes. Participants who complete the program will receive a Certificate of Completion, confirming: ✔ Program participation ✔ Skills covered ✔ Duration of training This can be included in your CV and LinkedIn profile.
- 12. Can this help with AACA / ARBV/ registration pathways?
