Join us for the Australian Bleeding Disorders Conference which was known as the Australian Conference on Haemophilia, von Willebrand disease (VWD), and rare bleeding disorders. This is a unique opportunity to connect with individuals, families, healthcare professionals and advocates in the bleeding disorders community. This conference will cover personal stories, treatment advances, management strategies, and advocacy efforts. Engage in information sessions and networking events tailored to empower and support the community.
Important: Please ensure you complete separate registrations for each person attending.
This will ensure we have the individuals' requirements and can print out separate name badges.
