Australian Climate Change Education Summit

The Australian Climate Change Education Summit is a jam-packed, online event - the culmination of 18 months of focussed work, gathering diverse voices and expertise to inform the development of a Climate Change Education Strategy for Australia. 

We are hosting a speaker series to share perspectives and generate ideas (see here). 

We are inviting climate change educators from across Australia to showcase their work in short videos - which we will share today. 

Our survey collected data that we then transformed into the Action Plan and we infused contributions over a 2 month process (see here). 

We built relationships with our political leaders and today we showcase our findings in the hope that we influence and support the development of a Climate Change Education Strategy for Australia.

On the 18th October 2024 from 11am - 4pm we will celebrate our Climate Change Education Action Plan.
