Australian Defence Force Careers Day

A FREE event to explore the opportunities the Defence Force can give you!

Join us for a day of exploration, observation and immersion into Australian Defence Force life!

Participants are expected to wear smart casual, business attire including closed in shoes.

The day will include:

• Presentation & overview of career opportunities in the Defence Force
• Guided tour of the base
• Experience the thrill of parachuting via a VR Parachute Simulator
• Visiting the Jervis Bay Drop Site
• Observation of Free Fall Training performed by ADF Parachuters
• Insight into ADF career opportunities
• Real conversations with current Defence personel

Transport & Lunch at the Mess Hall included!

Attention for Providers: 

• Registration for this tour closes 30th April 2025 
• All participants and staff attending must provide their Full Name, D.O.B and Mobile Number by 30th April in order to be granted access to the base on the day 
• Places are limited to 22 participants (this includes staff attending on the day) 
• Applications for Defence Careers have a minimum age requirement of 17 years old to join
• The bus will collect attendees from Stewart Place, Nowra 8am and return attendees to the same location 4pm - ALL attendees must attend this event on the designated bus due to security at the base
