Seminar hosted by the Australian Export Grains Innovation Centre - AEGIC

Australian wheat is highly regarded around the world for noodles, breads, cookies, cakes and many other products. Grown in one of the cleanest environments in the world, Australian wheat provides excellent value to millers with its high milling yield, low moisture, cleanliness and excellent colour. 

AEGIC is committed to providing you with technical information and support to help you optimise the value of Australian wheat. On Tuesday 8 April we will visit Bangkok, to give you an update on the latest developments in the Australian wheat industry and the most recent harvest.

This seminar will feature a range of speakers from the Australian wheat industry. Topics will include the benefits of Australian wheat for flour millers and food manufacturers.

This information would be highly beneficial for technical, procurement, marketing and management staff employed in:

• Flour milling companies
• Food manufacturing (eg. noodle companies, bakeries etc)
