Event description

Embark on a spine-chilling adventure at the Australiana Pioneer Village in Wilberforce, NSW, and join us for an unforgettable 4-hour ghost hunt! This isn’t just a tour; it’s an immersive paranormal investigation set in one of Australia’s most atmospheric heritage sites.

As darkness envelops the village, you'll step back in time, surrounded by authentic 19th-century buildings and dirt paths. These structures hold stories—some whispered, others screamed—of those who lived and worked in these buildings long ago. Guided by our experienced paranormal investigators, you'll delve deep into the heart of the village, exploring places touched by the unliving.

What Can Guests Expect?

  • Exclusive After-Hours Access: Roam the village under the cover of night, with access to key buildings and hidden corners often closed to the public.
  • Professional Paranormal Equipment: Use specialised ghost-hunting tools such as EMF detectors, spirit boxes, and psychic methods to communicate with the other side.
  • Guided Investigations: Our expert team will lead you through hotspots of activity, sharing historical insights and chilling tales tied to each location.
  • Interactive Experience: Participate in EVP (Electronic Voice Phenomenon) sessions and learn how to identify paranormal activity.
  • Genuine Atmosphere: With minimal lighting and the stillness of the night, every creak, shadow, and breeze will set your senses on edge.

-----------------

JUST SOME OF THE BUILDINGS WE MAY INVESTIGATE...

Mitchell Cottage - 1890

During our last all night investigation, some members of the APPI crew had some great experiences in the Mitchell Cottage. We heard creaking floorboards in the room off the one we were sitting in. When we investigated, the creaking floorboard had to be troden on quite heavily for the noise to appear. It was coming from the corner of the room - almost like they were watching us. We also heard very clear foot prints, and a door opened on its own.

Bank of Australia 1920

This building is set up as an example of a small bank branch, typical of the mid 1800s.

Perry House 1856

A "House of Shady Ladies"... need we say more?

Mangold Cottage - 1886

A great little cottage that has had piano music playing in it, and people shuffling around, when there was only 1 person in there (who WASN'T moving or playing the piano).

Plus many, many more!

You don't need any ghost hunting equipment, but feel free to bring some if you like.

This is a NO ALCOHOL event. If you are under the influence you may be asked to leave.

Age 16+ years only - and those under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
