Authentic Communication for Leaders

Learn to communicate like a leader – in a way that’s powerful and authentic

The Authentic Communication course offers new and established leaders an opportunity to learn how to communicate powerfully, directly and honestly so that others stop and listen.

Over 12 weeks, you will learn the foundations of effective leadership communication including what makes communication effective, how to have others listen to you in the way you intend, and how to say less and have others take you more seriously. 

You will learn what makes communication effective, and what to pay attention to when speaking, listening and working with others. As a result, you will leave with an approach so you can: 

• listen beyond the words for when people say yes, but mean no
• understand how to communicate appropriately in different situations while still getting what you want
• develop practices for speaking, listening and interacting that continue to increase your presence, build your identity and improve how others perceive you. 

What’s included

As a participant in the course, you’ll receive the following:

• A half hour introductory coaching call
  A chance for us to meet and set you up for a successful learning experience
• Bi-weekly short videos explaining key content before each group session
  Every second week, you’ll get new content for you to try out before the group session.
• Six, 90 minute group coaching sessions
  No role play! We’ll use these conversations to unpack the content and make the learning real.
• Additional coaching available to accompany course content (see below)

What’s the approach?

The material in this course is based on Ontological Leadership and Design, a powerful approach that has been developed through global research over the last 60 years and has been used to produce leadership and organisational transformations around the world.  As a result, it’s not readily accessible or affordable.

I’m on a mission to offer straightforward approaches to leadership that work, and I created this course to publicly offer these materials that I’ve used with my corporate clients. This course offers a robust framework for human interaction and communication that helps you better understand other people and how to work with them. 

Times and Dates

Group content and coaching sessions will run online, every second Wednesday from 4pm – 5:30pm.

• Thurs 16 September, 4 – 5:30pm
• Thurs 30 September, 4 – 5:30pm
• Thurs 14 October,  4 – 5:30pm
• Thurs 28 October, 4 – 5:30pm
• Thurs 11 November, 4 – 5:30pm
• Thurs 25 November, 4 – 5:30pm

The course will be limited to 12 participants.

Your investment

The usual investment for this course is $3500 AUD.

As this is a pilot, it’s being offered at half price. In return, you
may be asked for input and feedback during the course. If you find that
the course delivers great value and learning for you, you will also be
requested to provide a testimonial video.

The one-off investment for this course is $1500 AUD.

The time investment involves the group coaching sessions. Allow a minimum of 30 – 60 mins each week to get across the content.

If you would like to add one on one coaching, this is offered at a one-off inclusive price of $2700 AUD.
