Authentic Movement is a practice of embodiment and witnessing. With eyes closed, the mover listens for and expresses internal impulses through their body, while the witness maintains a caring container for them. Sessions may include guided meditations and structures for reflection and integration. The practice is facilitated by Chelsea Murphy and Julia Gladstone, both of whom are somatic psychotherapists and artists. No movement experience is necessary. Wear clothes you can move in. Open to all!
