Authentic Relating Night Cairns

Hey Cairns people, we have finally made it down the hill and out of our hermit cave in the forest to share the Magic of Authentic Relating. For those of you who don’t know what this practice is read below:

Authentic relating (AR) is a practice that emphasises two qualities; Authenticity and Relating. Authenticity can be described as acting and speaking in alignment with our inner feelings, values, desires and needs, while relating is the interactions between two or more humans. When we combine the two we create a space where each individual can bring their truth into a connection with another to weave a more rich and honest human experience. 

We create this space by designing a night of fun, creative and sometimes edgy relating exercises that lead us into freer and more expressive communication, revealing ourselves in ways that are both safe and outside our comfort zone.
