In this Mardi Gras edition of the Temple, we will be exploring being authentic in a time of expectations, excitement and possibilities in this time of year.

Together we will be exploring the idea of being authentic, the power of playfulness, doing some dance & movement together, and then going in to a deep meditation to tie it all together.

The idea of the temple is to create a safe space to gather to share, explore and let go of external pressures and expectations so you can shine as your most authentic self!
