Renée Gendron
Renée Gendron is a multi-genre romance author who enjoys twisting tropes. She is the author of the romantasy series The Nearer Realm Tales, the romcom series Megan the Matchmaker's Brilliant Blind Dates, and the Canadian western historical romance series, Frontier Hearts. When isn't writing, she's plotting more books, taking craft lessons and participating in conferences.
Edith Lalonde
Edith Lalonde is a romantic suspense and contemporary romance author who writes emotionally charged stories for readers who love over-protective heroes and the kick-ass women who bring them to their knees. Her romances feature found families, sizzling heat, and swoon worthy happily-ever-afters you won’t want to miss! When she's not writing or traveling, she spends her days listening to the voices in her head, planning the next book in one of her series, or chasing her chocolate lab Sweet Emmyline while shouting, “Bad dog! Very bad dog!” She's married to a real live-action hero, has two live-action hero children, and her addiction to Diet Coke rivals her love of wine.
Mimi Flood
Mimi Flood writes sizzling romances packed with heart, heat, and just the right amount of angst. A lifelong lover of movies, screenwriting, and happily-ever-afters, her stories will make you laugh, cry, and swoon (sometimes all at once). Aside from being a writer, Mimi is also a bad-mom, an alright wife, a die-hard Supernatural and Friends fan, and an unapologetic apple pie connoisseur. Her debut novel, The Long Weekend—a contemporary small-town romance set in her beloved Quebec—was a 2019 Kobo Emerging Writer Prize finalist. Mimi currently calls Montreal home, where she’s probably plotting her next book over a cup of coffee or a glass of pinot grigio.
Cheryl Rosbak
I write what I want to read — books full of laughter, friendship, and unconventional people. All my work is my own, with zero use of generative AI. I’ve lived in twelve cities in three countries and have worked as a research assistant in computational linguistics, a stable hand, a special needs teacher, and a film extra. I now relish my role as author, village crone, and occasional TTRPG game master.

Steve is a trans author of fantasy, science fiction, and horror (basically, if it’s weird he writes it). He's also a book reviewer, a SFINCS and SPFBO judge, and runs the Trans Reading Group discord. He grew up on the eldritch shores of Newfoundland, Canada, and currently lives and works in (the slightly less eldritch) Montreal. He holds advanced degrees in Russian Literature, Medieval Studies, and Religious Studies. His current academic work focuses on marginalized reclamations of monstrous figures. He has taught the History of Satan; Religion and its Monsters; and Magic, Witchcraft, and Religion. Steve is passionate about queerness, Late Antiquity, and spiders.
