Dr Robert Clancy will discuss 'The long enlightenment: Australian science from its beginning to the Mid-20th Century', including a visual presentation of some of the illustrations from his book.
Presenting the advancements that Australia has contributed to the world in wide-ranging fields like Biology, Physics, Astronomy and Geology, and encourages Australia to get back to it's winning ways. It's a who's who of several century's worth of scientific superstars, from pre-Colonial times to the Second World War.
