Event description
Unlock the secrets behind the All Blacks’ winning mindset with Gilbert Enoka. For the first time, he reveals the essential lessons that built one of the most successful teams in sporting history: creating unshakeable staying power when others falter, fostering leadership that inspires in moments of need, and leaving things better than you found them. His insights offer a blueprint for resilience, culture, and performance that lasts.
Author of the New Zealand #1 best seller Become Unstoppable, Gilbert Enoka has built a reputation as one of the world’s foremost authorities on mental skills and performance.
With a 23-year history at the heart of the legendary All Blacks, Gilbert served first as Mental Skills Coach and later as All Blacks Manager Leadership. He has been part of more than 300 tests, guiding the team through back-to-back Rugby World Cup victories, 21 consecutive Bledisloe Cups, three Grand Slams, eight Tri Nations and nine Rugby Championships. Under his influence, the All Blacks became not only the most successful team in rugby but also the most consistently winning team in global sport.
Beyond rugby, Gilbert has coached across elite sport, working with the Canterbury Crusaders, the Silver Ferns, the Black Caps, and currently consulting with Chelsea Football Club in the UK. His expertise also extends into corporate leadership, having worked for more than three decades with CEOs, executives, and business leaders to sharpen performance and resilience.
