Make yourself a cuppa and join us on Zoom for a virtual meet-up discussing all things relating to autism in our children & young people.
24th June - Improving social communication through play
22nd July - Self-calming strategies to teach children to avoid meltdowns
This is a great place for parents & caregivers of children on the Autism Spectrum to share experiences, ask questions, discuss issues, support & learn from each other.
Be prepared however, for conversations to meander in a myriad of wonderful autism-related directions as we delve into what's happening for families right now.
Groups are facilitated by our friendly Family Consultant Khadijah Sharif.
Tickets for this event are free for any parents/caregivers of a child on the Autism Spectrum thanks to support from Lotteries NZ & the Louisa & Patrick Emmett Murphy Foundation.
