Spinal Energetics Presents: Autumn Acoustics

A Journey of Acoustic Sound, Energy & Transformation

Autumn is the season of reflection, release and renewal. As nature sheds its leaves we too have the opportunity to let go, recalibrate and create space for what’s next. Autumn Acoustics is a three-part Spinal Energetics experience that weaves the power of acoustic sound with deep energetic release in a way never done before.

Each session will centre around a different live acoustic musician, surrounded by golden autumn leaves, creating a rich and intimate landscape. Up to 25 participants will lie on mats, allowing the frequencies of live music and the depth of Spinal Energetics to work together - creating profound shifts that suit the season of Autumn. Your three Spinal Energetics HQ practitioners each bring their own unique touch to this special series of intimate group events.

The Three-Part Series

While each event is a standalone experience, together, the three sessions create a powerful Autumn seasonal journey. Booking the full series allows participants to experience a layered progression of healing, with each event building on the last.

Event 1 - The Release

• Theme: Letting go of tension, emotions and energy that no longer serves.
• Atmosphere: Warm, grounding and deeply restorative. The music will be slow, melancholic yet cathartic - think deep, resonant acoustic guitar, evoking the feeling of autumn’s quiet transition.
• Experience: Participants will lie close to the centre, surrounding the musician, creating a communal yet internal experience. The session will focus on grounding work and deep energetic unwinding, allowing participants to drop into their bodies and let go.

Event 2 - The Stillness

• Theme: Embracing the pause - the quiet between what was and what’s to come.
• Atmosphere: Soft, meditative and deeply introspective. The musician will use gentle fingerpicking, airy vocals - music that invites contemplation.
• Experience: This session will focus on micro movements, fine tuning energy flow and deep nervous system regulation. Participants will again circle the musician to continue with our theme of creating a communal experience.

Event 3 - The Renewal

• Theme: Rebirth - stepping into a new energetic state as we prepare for the next cycle.
• Atmosphere: Vibrant, elevating and empowering. The musician will build energy, using upbeat acoustic rhythms to create an immersive experience.
• Experience: Participants will now be positioned in a semi circle layout around the musician and for part of the session, some may be invited to sit up and receive, rather than just lie down. This event will focus on activating and integrating energy for what’s ahead.

Taylor Piggot is the first artist of this series - Taylor is a Melbourne based singer/songwriter who has being moving the Melbourne music scene with his vulnerable & unique style of writing. Simultaneously nostalgic and moving, his thought provoking lyrics capture the innocence of love and relatable depth, where he isn't afraid to dive deep into some raw emotion.

To ensure a safe and supportive experience for all participants, this event may not be suitable for individuals with the following conditions:

Pregnancy: Spinal Energetics is not recommended during the first trimester.

Mental Health & Medications: If you are currently managing severe PTSD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, psychosis, or are taking multiple medications that significantly alter brain chemistry (such as antipsychotics).

Medical Conditions: This event may not be suitable for those with -

Recent physical injuries, fractures, or surgeries

Epilepsy or a history of seizures

Aneurysms (history or diagnosis)

Cardiovascular concerns, including heart disease or other heart conditions

Severe asthma

Recent Hospitalisation: If you have been hospitalised for a psychiatric condition, emotional crisis, or spiritual emergency within the past three years, we recommend waiting until you feel fully stable before attending.

Age Requirement: This event is open to individuals aged 16 and above.

What is Spinal Energetics?

Spinal Energetics is a modality developed by Chiropractor and Counsellor Dr Sarah Jane. It is a practice that combines Eastern and Western thought, to interact with a person’s spine, nervous system and energetic field, to harness a person’s own innate wisdom to know and heal themselves.

Through light yet powerful touch (and often no touch), an organic flow of movement and sound begins and progresses to shift, unwind, discover and release tension, resistance, and stories that may have been stored in the body. The movements and sounds are natural and primordial, they are a response to the treatment and are driven by an individual's energy, intuition and instinct.
