My dance is the dance of blood

I stepped into the void and there, suspended in the nothingness,

Acknowledging Dharawal Country, paying our respects, join us in walking this land for ancestral healing and transformation. 

At the portal of the Autumn Equinox when the veils between the worlds are at their thinnest, we gather to call in the wisdom of the ancestors. 

In the spirit of the harvest, we have an opportunity to express through the power of dance, ceremony, meditation and the creative, the reconciliation and release of outworn attitudes and beliefs and enhance gifts that have been passed down through our linages. 

With reverence we create a Despacho. A Despacho in the ancient Peruvian Incan tradition, is an act of love and a reminder of the connections we share with our ancestors 

Join Jo Rockendorfer and Sue Andersen for this one-day workshop on powerful land nestled under the escarpment in Austinmer, to connect deeply to dance, to process, to journey and create with our ancestors, uncovering a greater truth to who we are.

A little about Jo Rockendorfer:
Jo's career as a Teacher, Facilitator, Transpersonal Counsellor and Art Therapist has led her to be able to work with her passions. These include guiding individuals and groups to move through life's transitions and inspiring people to tell their story. Jo is also passionate about empowering people to live to their fullest potential and see the best in themselves. 

A little about Sue Andersen:
Sue has been practicing Gabrielle Roth’s 5Rhythms since 2008 and completed her teacher training early in 2016. She is excited to share the 5rhythms Wave map, supporting people to return again and again to their bodies, to explore and express their unique dance and to discover the freedom and aliveness that comes when we surrender our minds to our feet, to the dance.
