Step into a day designed to nourish your body, mind, and soul. This retreat invites you to pause, reflect and realign with your inner self and the natural cycles of life. Together, we’ll honour the Autumn Equinox—a time of transition, release and preparation for the next season.

Your Journey for the Day

Morning: Reflecting & Connecting

Opening Circle with Ceremonial Cacao: Grounding into the day, getting connected & using cacao with intention and gratitude
Seasonal Reflection: Reflecting and celebrating the summer season, releasing the pressure & embracing the natural cycles
Removing Limiting Beliefs: Identify and release the stories, beliefs, patterns than no longer serve you.

Midday: Potluck Vegetarian Lunch

A communal meal to share, connect, and nourish yourself with seasonal vegetarian dishes - everyone brings a dish! (Home cooked or brought, bring whatever you like!)

Afternoon: Stepping Forwards

Exploring your Unconscious: Learn to recognise your triggers and projections using shadow work to expand your self-awareness
Hot Seat Coaching: Receive personalised support to help you overcome any challenges and step boldly into your vision
Yin Yoga & Sacred Sounds: Regulate your nervous system and reconnect with your body through gentle, restorative yoga and receive the healing sound of sacred instruments
Closing Circle: Reflect on the day ready to step into the next season

Optional bonus: depending on the weather we could enjoy a lake swim to finish the day!

Effy

Effy is a Holistic Health & Life Coach who supports people in aligning their mind, body, energy, and actions to create the life they truly desire. She empowers her clients to embrace self-love, discover their purpose and find balance, enabling them to live authentically and live a life that feels true to them.

Chris

Chris is a Yin Yoga Teacher who is currently pursuing a life transition within humanistic psychology and coaching. His grounded, compassionate approach creates a safe space for participants to connect deeply with their inner selves and step into their growth with confidence.
