Register your stall for our popular quarterly German markets!
Please read before booking your stall/s with us!
- We sell 3x3m outdoor stall spaces. FRONT stalls are $30 plus booking fee, SIDE stalls are $25 plus booking fee. Note that slots are limited.
- If you require more space, purchase more than one slot side my side
- We do not accept stalls that sell food unless it is pre-packaged for take-away.
- Please bring your own tent/gazebo. (PLEASE NOTE: Pegs cannot be installed.)
- Please bring your own table/s and chair/s.
- Power outlets will not be accessible. Please bring your own power source.
- Our gates will open at 7am. Markets start at 9am. Even-numbered stallholders load in 7am-7.45am and odd-numbered stallholders load in 745am-8.30am.
- We will require you to remove your vehicle from the grounds after loading in. Ample parking is available outside the club grounds.
- If you wish to leave early (i.e. you've sold out), you will need to hand-carry your equipment to your parking area. This is for the safety of our marketgoers.
- If you have any special accessibility requirements (i.e. larger vehicles), please let us know by sending an email to enquiries@harmonieclub.com.au
- The Harmonie German Club is not liable for any loss, damage or injury to stallholders and their market wares incurred during participation in these markets.
- The markets will proceed even in the event of inclement weather.
- Refunds and deferment of bookings to stallholders can be given up to two (2) weeks before the market. No refunds or deferrment can be applied within two (2) weeks of the market date.
Upon successful purchase of a stall, we will email you closer to market date with ingress/egress instructions and other important information.
