In this workshop, you'll learn how to transform surplus Autumn produce into delicious homemade relishes and chutneys. Discover simple preserving techniques that extend the life of seasonal fruits and vegetables, helping you reduce food waste while creating flavour-packed pantry staples.

Hosted by Fiona Smith - food system and low-waste cooking champion, Renew magazine columnist, and Better Circles podcast host - who will share practical tips and inspiring ideas for making the most of seasonal abundance and turning overlooked ingredients into everyday treasures.
