The Autumn reset experience is an evening for you to relax, unwind, and give back to yourself before heading into a busy winter period. An event where holistic practices come together with skin health & skincare goals.

The afternoon will start with Edel who will guide you through key skincare steps that you can perform at home, creating an at home self care skincare ritual which will include cleansing, facial massage, & moisturising. Edel will also share her professional skin health advice and simple skincare tips to help you understand and care for you skin.

There will be a short break after your facial and skincare workshop for light refreshments and a chance to connect with others.

Then for the remainder of the evening Jess will guide you through some journal prompts, a breathwork session, and meditation that will help reduce stress, regulate your emotions, and help improve your overall well being.

While you are guided through breathwork, Teresa will work with Reiki energy around you, supporting energetic balance, grounding, and protection. A beautiful opportunity to release what you've been carrying, soften the mind and body, and allow yourself to receive deeply restorative energy.
