Autumn workshop on Rosehips. Foraging and making herbal remedies

This workshop is dedicated to the wonderful wild rosehips that are everywhere around Glenorchy and the rest of central Otago at this time of year. Participants will be foraging for their own rosehips (so bring a basket) and then will learn all about how this herb can be used for herbal tonics, teas, tinctures, vinegars and oils. There will be time for questions and discussion and then the focus will be on preparing herbal remedies. Rose has so many uses and the hips are a vibrant resource for health and healing.
