Our next Immersion day is coming up in March.

Another full day of yoga goodness for you all to share.

Our Autumn theme is grounded and grateful. The day will give you the space to become more present to being grounded & grateful through all of what life throws at you. We begin at 9am moving through a range of supportive yoga practises that will help to ease mental tension & soothe your mind, stabilise your breath & strengthen your body. A wholesome, nourishing brunch is provided before we spend the afternoon within the embrace of a quieter restorative sequence and yoga nidra.

Please bring along:

Yoga Mat
2 x yoga blocks
1 x blanket
1 x bolster
Water bottle
Cup for tea/coffee
Pen & paper
