Autumn Yoga Retreat

Recharge with a day of yoga and and meditation surrounded by the Australian bush and Autumn leaves at Riverdell.

On Sunday the 18 of May, join Laura and a small group of like-minded people to immerse yourself in yoga. For one day your needs will be taken care of, guided through each part of the day, you will leave feeling recharged.

The Autumn Yoga Retreat will feature an introduction to meditation to take you deeper into your practice, more comfortable in the discomfort of silence and feel your busy mind chatter beginning to quieten. A flowing vinyasa class will allow you to expel excess energy and prepare your body for stillness, before we journey into an introduction to meditation workshop. After lunch you will have more time to explore meditation, this time solo and outdoors under the Riverdell trees. The day will then close with a restorative yin yoga class and hot chocolates and herbal teas.

Your nourishing day will include:

Herbal teas on arrival to sip as you meet other retreat participants.
An extended flow to restore yoga class ~ think an energising vinyasa class, with plenty of time for letting go into savasana.
A delicious hot, plant-based hot lunch.
Some solo time with a walk and meditate under the Riverdell trees.
A restorative yin yoga class.
And hot chocolates and herbal teas to close out the day.

The Autumn Yoga Retreat is strictly limited to 12 participants. Ensure you book early to avoid missing out!

You may also bring your own yoga props if you have them (bolster, blanket, blocks, strap). Otherwise they will be provided.
