This seasonal transition invites us to pause, embrace change, and release what no longer serves you as we welcome the season ahead. Guided by Delia, whose background in yoga, meditation, Reiki, and vibrational sound therapy helps create a thoughtful and welcoming space for reflection, you'll begin with a ceremonial cacao ritual followed by a deeply restorative sound bath.

Upon arrival, please check in with Guest Services at the front desk. You’ll receive a drink ticket to redeem for your ceremonial cacao before heading into the event.
Cacao Ceremony
Experience ceremonial cacao, a heart-opening tradition that encourages mindfulness, intention setting, and meaningful connection with yourself and those around you.
Sound Bath
Relax as the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and other healing instruments help calm the nervous system, release tension, and promote a deep sense of peace, clarity, and restoration.

FAQs
- What time should I arrive?
Doors open at 5:00 PM. We encourage you to arrive 10–15 minutes early to check in, complete a brief guest consent form (if needed), receive your event wristband + drink ticket, and get settled before the ceremony begins.
- What time does the ceremony begin?
The ceremony begins promptly at 5:30 PM. We kindly ask that all guests are settled before we begin to preserve the experience for everyone.
- What if I'm running late?
To preserve the experience for all participants, we recommend arriving on time. If you arrive after the ceremony has begun, you may be asked to wait for an appropriate pause before entering the room.
- What should I bring?
Wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle. Yoga mats + props will be provided.
- What does my ticket include?
Your registration includes a guided ceremonial cacao experience, a restorative sound bath led by Delia, ceremonial cacao, and the use of a yoga mat, blanket, bolster, and eye mask. Simply arrive, settle in, and enjoy an evening of reflection, relaxation, and renewal.
- Is there free parking?
Yes! Complimentary parking is available throughout the shopping center
- Do I need any experience?
Not at all. This experience is open to all levels.
Sound Bath Facilitator
Delia Hogan
Delia is a certified Death Doula/Midwife, she holds certificates in vibrational sound therapy and Japanese Reiki. She obtained her Master of Arts in Yoga Studies through LMU. She teaches adult Hatha, Yin and Restorative yoga, mediation and Prime Life Yoga.
