Autumnal Equinox Cacao Ceremony + Sound Bath

✨Join us for an evening of reflection, relaxation, and connection as we honor the Autumnal Equinox.
This seasonal transition invites us to pause, embrace change, and release what no longer serves us as we welcome the season ahead. Guided by Delia, whose background in yoga, meditation, Reiki, and vibrational sound therapy creates a thoughtful and welcoming space for reflection, the evening will begin with ceremonial cacao, a heart-opening tradition that encourages mindfulness, intention setting, and connection.
From there, settle in for a deeply restorative sound bath as the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and other instruments invite the body to relax, release tension, and find a sense of peace and clarity.
What to Bring: Comfortable clothing, a water bottle, and any intentions you’d like to set for the evening. Yoga mats, blankets, bolsters, and eye masks will be provided.
Come with intention. Leave feeling grounded, centered, and renewed. 🍂✨

Delia
Delia is a certified Death Doula/Midwife, she holds certificates in vibrational sound therapy and Japanese Reiki. She obtained her Master of Arts in Yoga Studies through LMU. She teaches adult Hatha, Yin and Restorative yoga, mediation and Prime Life Yoga.

- Do I need any experience?
Not at all. This experience is open to all levels.
- What should I bring?
Wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle. Yoga mats + props will be provided.
- What if I'm running late?
To preserve the experience for all participants, we recommend arriving on time. If you arrive after the ceremony has begun, you may be asked to wait for an appropriate pause before entering the room.
- Is there free parking?
