75minutes complete practice (asana, pranayama, meditation)

30minutes philosophy - sharing the system of tantra and hatha 

opportunity for questions about your experience and your personal practice

* all sessions are recorded for you to practice any time that suits you and to re-watch/practice anytime

* the masterclass series culminates in advice for you to cultivate your own home practice designed for your unique needs.
