Awaken Her Breath

Awaken Her Breath invites you on a transformative Breathwork journey, led by Steph and Elise, experienced Breathwork and Energy Healers, here to support and empower women. 

We share similar stories, being highly empathetic women, in the past having weak boundaries, people pleasing tendencies, and ultimately settling for less than we deserved. 

Steph is passionate about reminding women of their strength and power, how you can be kind and empathetic, whilst holding strong boundaries. She will speak into her celibacy journey and how that strengthened her self-love. 

Elise is driven to empower women to break through barriers and pave their path to freedom. She will dive into breaking the cycle of attracting toxic relationships, while guiding women to embody self-love and prioritise it alongside the demands of life and motherhood.

We will begin with a heart opening Cacao ceremony, moving into an empowering Breathwork journey. With each breath, you'll release old stories, self-limiting beliefs, and stagnant energy that no longer serve you.

Your senses will be invoked with a soothing sound healing followed by a gentle flow of yin yoga. 

You’ll also be provided with practical rituals and tools that can be integrated into your daily life. 

A safe space, intentionally designed for you to let go, heal, and leave feeling lighter and more empowered.
