Awaken Her Breath

Awaken Her Breath is an all women’s transformative Breathwork journey, led by Steph and Elise, experienced Breathwork and Energy Healers, here to support and empower women. 

We share similar stories, being highly empathetic women, in the past having weak boundaries, people pleasing tendencies, and ultimately settling for less than we deserved. 

We will begin with a heart opening Cacao ceremony, moving into an empowering Breathwork journey. With each breath, you'll release old stories, self-limiting beliefs, and stagnant energy that no longer serve you.

Your senses will be invoked with a soothing sound healing followed by a gentle flow of yin yoga. 

You’ll also be provided with practical tools to help manage stress, anxiety and strengthen your self love. 

A safe space, intentionally designed for you to come breathe, let go, and leave feeling lighter and more empowered.
