    You’re invited to Awaken, a beach front summer day retreat! 

    The focus of the day will be your spine, the muscles, joints and bones that affect it, how to move it and how to free it up so that the natural energy of your body can flow freely through your system. 

    This is for you if:

    ✨ You have a strong vinyasa practice and you want to deepen your understanding of the anatomy of your spine and how to move your spine safely and freely 

    ✨ You want to explore a variety of practices that awaken a clarity and vitality through your mind & body 

    ✨ You feel stagnant & bored in your yoga practice and you want to feel excited & inspired by new movement patterns and challenge yourself with new advancements in your physical practice

    ✨ You love looking after your BODY, MIND and SOUL

    ✨ You want to let go of stuck energy, emotions, mental blocks that are keeping you stuck

    ✨ You are passionate about exploring holistic healing modalities like Yoga, Breathwork & Sound healing

    ✨ You want to feel supported, uplifted & nourished by new connections 

    ✨ Having to travel to go on a Yoga retreat feels too overwhelming for your lifestyle right now and you want to have the experience of a luxury wellness retreat without the hassle, or the price tag



    The Flow of the day: 

    ✨10am We start with a strong vinyasa practice to get the body moving, we will explore movement practices that awaken the spine, this practice will be strong, there is always the option to rest and do less! 

    ✨12pm Break for Lunch, a light plant based nourishing lunch will be provided, as always bring extra snacks if you get extra hungry. You will have time to jump in the ocean and refresh and of course lots of time for laughs and chats.

    ✨1pm Breathwork Session, we will explore the practice of spinal breathing & how breath and meditation practices can enhance the natural flow of energy in your body.

    ✨1:45pm Myofascial Release session to release tension and create freedom within your body.

    ✨2:15pm Afternoon tea break, sweet treats and nibbles provided.

    ✨2:30pm Melt into a deeply relaxing state of rest with Yin & a life changing Sound Healing experience with Mia Burlinson.

    ✨ Yoga mat, Blocks/Bolsters/Meditation Cushion/props that support your practice 

    ✨ Water bottle + Extra snacks if you're a snacker 

    ✨ Swimmers/Towel/Sunnies + Extra change of active wear + Socks & Cozy blanket for sound healing
