Māori Diagnostic Systems: Insights into health and wellness

Elemental Magick: Harnessing the elements for healing

Mareikura/Whatukura: Balancing Divine Feminine and Masculine energies

Whakapapa: Understanding lineage in the context of healing

An introduction to Hau Tapu Breathwork, Taonga Pūoro sound journeys, and journaling

Workshop Schedule

Day One (10 AM - 4 PM): We’ll kick off with an opening activation and karakia, followed by a day filled with learning and interactive activities, including breathwork, movement, and nourishing food.

Day Two (10 AM - 5 PM): This day is all about applying what you’ve learned. Engage in interactive, kinesthetic learning, with opportunities to both receive and implement healing techniques. We’ll wrap up with a debrief and feedback session.
