More often we get busy with our lives and the series of obligations, activities and commitments leaving very little or no time to reconnect with our unique self and make space to discover our own sacred sensuality.
This workshop has been designed with you in mind, you who might be craving self-acceptance, self-love and are willing to make space and explore new ways to reconnect with your body wisdom and awaken your Goddess within.
The Goddess that knows without a shadow of doubt how sacred your are, she knows that you are enough and you deserve radical acceptance, love and abundance.
This workshop is for you if you:
- are tired of fitting into a box and would love to Express Yourself and let the real you out
- have fallen into rigid patterns and want to play more in life – and have a whole lot more fun
- are having difficulties seeing your own kind of beauty and you are ready to re-ignite your self-love, self-worth flame
- haven't had a great relationship with your body and find it hard to see yourself as sensual
- always allow the feelings and emotions of low self-esteem to limit your choices and your life
- are curious about ways to connect deeply with your inner Goddess
- are SO READY to change and transform the relationship with yourself and let your inner Goddess shine though you
This is a unique workshop, facilitated by Rikki Yeowart and Roberta Crossley where you will actively awaken your Goddess within

Please make sure you:
✭ wear a long dress or a long skirt
✭ bring socks
✭ bring a blanket
✭bring yoga mat and cushions
✭ wear comfortable clothes
✭ are well-hydrated
✭ have finished eating 1.5 hours before the healing starts
✭ keep caffeine, alcohol and meat intake to an absolute minimum for the previous 3 days before the healing experience
Yoni Steaming is not recommended during the workshop if you:
- are pregnant
- are breastfeeding
- are menstruating during the event
- usually experience excess bleeding or have endometriosis/adenomyosis
- are experiencing the presence of any infection including urinary tract infection, candidiasis or other genital infection
- have any open wound in the vulva, cervix, uterus area
- are experiencing any sensitivity like burning or strong itchy feeling in the vulva
- ARE trying to conceive please AVOID Yoni Steam after your ovulation period. If you are trying to conceive you can join us before your ovulation period.
- have any contraceptive implanted in your arm. Contraceptive arm implants thickens cervix mucus to stop conception. Yoni Steam cleanses the mucus which can affect the effectiveness of the contraceptive.
About the facilitators:
Rikki Yeowart
Rikki is a Naked Awakening facilitator, an energy healer and Queensland coordinator for Get Naked Australia. She is deeply passionate about normalising, de-stigmatising and desexualising female nudity.
This work stems from Rikki’s own journey with her body image and accessing her authentic expression.

Roberta Crossley
Roberta is an Holistic & Feminine Energy Embodiment Coach.
Her background is in Psychology and she uses a variety of holistic tools (such as Reiki, Crystal healing, natural gynaecology and yoni steaming) to educate and empower women about their menstrual cycles, alignment with nature and body reconnection. Roberta is also a Womb Keeper of the 13 rite of Munay-Ki: The Rite of the Womb.
Her passion is to be at service and empower women through this remembrance journey back to their sacred bodies and their own sovereignty.
