This 75-minute experience invites you to soften into stillness and reconnect with the energy of the Heart Chakra - the space of compassion, love, and emotional openness.

Through gentle Yin-style Yoga, Sound healing with crystal bowls, and a calming reflective ritual, we’ll explore what it means to release tension from the heart space - both physically and emotionally - and create space for softness, connection, and breath.
