🐍 Yatra Kundalini Activation

Yatra (Sanskrit for β€œsacred journey”) is a powerful 2-hour group experience designed to activate your dormant life force energy -often known as Kundalini- through an energy transmission, somatic movement, sound, and intuitive facilitation.


✨ What is Kundalini Activation?

Kundalini is a practice that awakes your Life Energy (named traditionally Prana, or Qi) through a conscient trance. This state is created thanks to your ability to let go and tools such as a tailor-made playlist designed in collaboration with a neuro-scientific. It is an interior journey to help you heal and transcend your repetitive schemas and traumas, and overall feel lighter in your everyday life.

As the energy moves, you may experience spontaneous movements, deep emotional release, inner visions, bliss states, or a profound sense of stillness. Each person’s journey is unique and guided by their own inner intelligence.

⚠️ Safety & Precautions

This is a non-invasive, non-religious energy modality, but it can initiate intense emotional or physical releases.
Please avoid attending if you have one or more of these conditions:

  • Psychiatric: pathologies or history of psychiatric pathology, bipolarity, schizophrenia, neuroleptic or antipsychotic treatment.

  • Physical: cardiovascular disorders (history of infarction, stroke, etc.), high blood pressure, epilepsy, glaucoma, severe asthma, recent surgery, pregnancy, etc.

  • Sessions are open to patients aged 18 and over.

YKA is not a medical treatment and so cannot remedy serious problems or illnesses that require appropriate treatment. If you have the slightest doubt, you should consult a doctor.


🌿 How to prepare

βœ”οΈ A yoga mat or blanket to lie on
βœ”οΈ A cushion to put under your knees and eye mask (optional, but helpful)

βœ”οΈ Eat only light foods on the day of the session, avoid coffee and sugar before the session.

βœ”οΈ Stop eating at least 3 hours before the session to avoid being in digestion during the practice.

βœ”οΈ Avoid consuming alcohol or substances within the 24 hours preceding the session.

βœ”οΈ Wear comfortable clothes, remove your jewelry to feel more free.

βœ”οΈ Check your internet connection before joining the session, and make sure to have the Zoom application installed on your device (you don't need a paid license, a free account is sufficient).

βœ”οΈ Turn on your camera, mute your microphone, and ensure that the name used during booking is displayed.
