Held in a warm and nurturing space in Sutherland, you’ll be guided through gentle self-discovery using meditation, intuitive art, and expressive journaling. No artistic experience needed, just a willingness to explore.

Led by Christine from The Heart Realm, (a counsellor, writer, creative/artist and mother) who is passionate about helping others come home to themselves. This workshop offers a unique blend of reflection, creativity, and connection.

You’ll leave feeling clearer, lighter, and more in tune with your purpose, and with tools you can take into everyday life.
