Join us for a transformative wellness workshop combining Dao Yin (an ancient Chinese guided breathing and movement practice) with the Thirteen Movements of Wu Qin Xi — the legendary Five Animal Frolics, inspired by the movements and spirit of the Tiger, Deer, Bear, Monkey, and Crane. Whether you’re new to Qigong, a yoga or fitness enthusiast, or simply seeking to reconnect with your body and breath — this workshop is open to all levels. No prior experience required.

This session includes:

  • 🌿 Gentle warm-up and mobility exercises to awaken your body

  • 🐾 Thirteen signature movements from the Five Animal Frolics (Tiger, Deer, Bear, Monkey, Crane)

  • 🌬️ Breathing and flow-based Dao Yin techniques to regulate Qi (vital energy) and promote inner balance

  • 🧠 Mind-body integration to reduce stress and improve vitality
