Leading you through Lymphatic Bodywork, fascial release & spinal movement, with a sprinkle of education on your internal river system, you’ll gain valuable insights into your internal river system, empowering you to take charge of your healing journey.

Empowered Heart - Yin and Yoga Nidra
Unlock the power within your heart—the seat of boundless freedom, joy, and compassion. By connecting to the tenderness that rises from the eternal, we find a sense of wholeness. Together, we will explore ancient philosophy and its modern-day relevance, with contemplative practices woven into a yin journey that inspires deep reflection and a fresh perspective on life. We close with pranayama and Awakened Heart Yoga Nidra from the Himalayan Tradition.

Tahlia Senior is a Lymphatic Bodyworker, Zenthai Shiatsu Practitioner and Diagnostic Nutritionist who works with women to heal their connection to their body and tap into their innate wisdom.
